Instructor: Liz Cunningham
Instructor Bio:
Growing up in NY City in a multi-medium artistic household, with an intense interest in Math and Geometry, Liz gained her degree in Math Education and became a career teacher with continuing interest in arts and crafts. Moving to Whatcom County, meeting and marrying her metal-sculpting husband, she discovered the art of beading after 30 years of teaching. Thanks to her love of mathematical and geometric design, Liz naturally became an exceptional beading artist, combining stitches and techniques into fabulous necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
Now, 10 years after retirement, she has decided to combine her two passions by teaching beading. Liz’s teaching evaluations often included words like “patient”, “clear” and “easy to follow” She will guide through the process from start to finish and will include lots of helpful hints for future projects.
