Gel printing is a form of art that creates one-of-a-kind prints. Under the guidance of the instructor, during the first session, the class will create printed papers using the provided paint, paper, stencils and botanicals. In the second session, you will be using the beautiful papers you created in the first session to create a collage on provided watercolor paint and a second collage on a canvas. This class is for anyone interested in learning the basics in gel printing and collage.
This is a 2-session class, on the following dates:

- July 31, Friday, 1:30-4:00

Artist Bio:
Candice Christie is a collage mixed media artist who has had gallery representation since 1996. Her journey as an artist started in watercolor but moved to acrylic to get more intensity in color. Soon she was adding papers and other media to her work. Candice started using the gel plate over 10 years ago to create original papers in her collage work. Candice’s paintings have been purchased by corporations, international visitors, and to people across the U.S., Canada and Alaska.
