Penny Welch
Penny is a current “Stampin’ Up!” demonstrator who loves teaching others how to use beautiful papers and die cuts to design unique, handmade cards with confidence. She has been making and selling cards for the past 10 years.
She is also the owner of Pacific Bubbles & Lotions Bath & Body Products which is dedicated to making quality lip balms, gardeners salve, cuticle cream, bubble bath, bath salts, sugar scrubs, and facial care. She has been making all natural products for bath and body for 20 years. Made with refreshing scents and vibrant colors, her handmade soaps, lip balms, and salves naturally moisturize the skin. Her lotions feature an added silk protein for that extra smooth, skin soothing application. Penny’s products are all made from scratch and in small quantities to create a quality product.
Located in Bellingham, Washington, Penny is currently active with Whatcom Art Guild and sells her products at the Whatcom Art Market, a co-op of over 50 artists located in Fairhaven, and has been a member since 2010. She has also been a current vendor at the Mount Vernon Farmers Market for 20 years.
