Mosaic Table Plate Workshop – requires two classes to complete the project – June 20 and June 27, 2026

Get ready! You will create a mosaic table plate using a terracotta base—designed to bring both beauty and personality to your outdoor table or inside your home. Whether used as a centerpiece, serving piece, or decorative accent, this is a piece you’ll enjoy every day. They make quite the birthday or Christmas gift too!

NOTE: Although we will weather-proof the plate – this mosaic craft is recommended as an outdoor art piece in the summer and an indoor piece in the winter.

It’s your turn to enjoy the creative designs you see in garden markets and magazines—right in your own space, created by you!

This class invites you to explore texture, color, and composition in a way that feels both expressive and approachable.

You’ll have the option to work with structured glass, patterned ceramic, or reclaimed broken pieces—each creating a completely different look and feel. From clean, geometric layouts to more organic, artistic compositions, your design will reflect your own style.

You’ll be guided step-by-step in a relaxed, welcoming environment as you learn how to design, place, and grout your piece for a finished result.

No experience is necessary, but more advanced students can find a good challenge based on the design you choose. This class builds naturally from earlier workshops in the series while offering enough flexibility for those joining at this stage.

Leave the second class (this is a two-class workshop) with a fully grouted mosaic plate—something functional, personal, and entirely your own.

Everything is supplied for you – but, if you have certain broken dishes, or glass or pebbles you would like in your work – you are free to bring them also.
