In this beginner-friendly, two-part workshop, you’ll design and piece together a vibrant custom mosaic on top of a beautiful stained wooden box lined with plush velvet, using a wide variety of colorful cut glass and ceramic tiles. Perfect for holding jewelry, love notes, or small treasures you want to keep close. No prior art or mosaic experience needed — I’ll be right there with personalized coaching, and this holiday session is strictly limited to 12 students so everyone gets the guidance they need.

How the two sessions work:
- Session 1 (Dec 6): Designing, cutting, and placing your glass and ceramics.
- Session 2 (Dec 12): Grouting, polishing, and learning how to properly preserve your box.
Please note: both sessions are required to complete your box — grouting can’t happen until the design has set.
Also…while all glass is provided pre-cut, it is still glass — minor nicks are possible. Band-Aids are on hand in class.
