A 3-week journey to compassionate confidence.
Through a blend of discussion, creative expression, and guided reflection, this three-part trauma-informed workshop series invites women and LGBTQ+ individuals to reconnect with themselves and begin speaking their minds and taking up space with confidence and care.
Over the course of three 90-minute sessions, participants will:
- Recognize their body’s protective responses as acts of survival rather than flaws.
- Clarify which responsibilities and expectations truly belong to them — and which can be released.
- Learn how to say “no” as an act of kindness, grounded in self-respect rather than guilt or shame.
You’ll leave with a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and confidence — and practical tools to navigate your relationships and choices from a place of self-trust and compassion.
No art experience is required — just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.
Cost: $50 for each session OR $100 for all three (paid in advance).
